What payment methods can I use on the Z&MA website?    


  • By credit card in euros € (Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card) via the Stripe secure payment system.
  • By Paypal in euros €, pounds sterling £ or US dollars $.
  • With a Z&MA credit note.



Can I make payments on the Z&MA website safely?


The Z&MA website ensures a secure payment at all stages. When you pay, you are automatically connected to the secure Stripe server to enter your card number, expiry date and visual cryptogram. The data is encrypted between the customer's computer and the Stripe server, it does not travel over the web and cannot be altered.

What should I do if I have lost my password?


When you log in, you can check "lost password". You will only have to enter your email address and you will receive an email in the following seconds that will remind you of your login details.

Can I exchange a product purchased on the Z&MA website?   


You wish to exchange one or more products? Nothing could be easier! The exchange against a credit note is done within a maximum of 15 days from the date of your order.

To notify us, send us an email to mentioning:

  • Your order number
  • The products you want to return
  • The reason of the return

After having contacted us, please send the product(s) back intact, unopened and with your order number to the following address

Your customer account will be credited with the amount of the returned product(s). Shipping costs (France and international) are at the customer's expense. 



I have a credit, how do I use it?


When you receive a credit note, it is credited to your customer account. You can use your credit for one year and in several instalments. When you pay for your order, you just have to select it among the different payment methods available. It will be deducted from the total amount of your order and you will be able to pay the rest by credit card or by Paypal.



Can I order an item that is no longer in stock?


When a product is no longer available in stock, you can enter your email address by clicking on the "Notify me of its coming back" icon at the top right of the product page. You will receive a message from Z&MA as soon as the product is available again.



How can I use a discount code? Can I use several at the same time? How long is a code valid?


To activate your discount code: at the stage where you enter your delivery address, enter your code in the "discount code" box and click on "Apply". You can only activate one discount code per order. The validity date of the discount codes varies according to the offer.


I have referred a friend or I have been referred, how can I benefit from my 10€ free?


If you have been referred by a friend, you have 2 options:

  • you can click on the link they sent you (the discount code will be applied directly to your order)
  • enter the code at the delivery address stage, when you finalise your order.

If you have referred a friend, you will be able to benefit from the 10€ offered when your friend places his first order (you will be informed by email).
